Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and redeemable against White Lotus Holidays products and services paid direct to White Lotus Holidays. Redemption of gift cards can be made in person or by telephone. Gift cards cannot be used in the Republic of Ireland. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used to buy another gift card, or used for the purchase of travellers cheques, foreign currency exchange or prepaid cards. No change will be given in cash if the card is tendered for purchases less than its full value. Any unused credit will remain on the card and can be used towards payment of future travels. The gift card must be treated as cash, and the balance can’t be refunded if it’s lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift cards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.
